OIL CHANGE
By kenny | 7/12/07 at 4:40 PM
I was a happy and satified customer when I bought my Odessy from Fairfax Honda last year, so this past May, 2007 I brought my Honda Accord in for an oil change thinking that I will get HONDA OIL but when i pick up the Honda I notice there is a Castrol sticker on upper left windshield. I called Julio Cepeda back, I was told that indeed the oil is Castrol and Julio was kind enough to inform to REQUEST for Honda oil the next time. Today I brought in my Odessy and requested for Honda oil, Joe Slaughter did make a note of my request. I picked up my Odessy an hour and 15 minutes later and compare the invoices between today and the one from May of this year, the part numbers and descriptions were indentical...so I called Joe back, He then put me on hold to check with the technician, Joe came back and confirmed it was Castrol and offer to change oil to Honda oil and appologies for the inconvience, I told Joe that I could not come back today but will come when I have time. Five minutes later, Joe calls back and said that He has talked to the Part dept. and now said the oil was Honda oil. Either Julio Cepeda or Joe Slaughter did not tell me the truth so I decided to talk to Oscar Ortiz. Oscar promises to call me back after he talk to the technician. He called back 4 hours later to tell me that the technician now said that he used Honda oil!!!!! So now the technician has joined the TEAM of people who did not understand how to take care of customers. Trust is the key word and princible of my satifaction, I'm now "completely and totally UNSATISFIED customer. Many thanks. Kenny.
